RENTAL INFORMATION

Rentals

  • Rentals are for one day and include delivery, set up, and pick up.

  • An extra day can be purchased for $29. 

  • For graduation, each additional day is $39

Preparing for Delivery

  • Please do not water, mow or edge your lawn after our display is installed.

  • Please turn off sprinklers the night of delivery.

  • Please leave front lights on the night of delivery.

  • If the rental will be delivered to another location, please notify someone that we’ll be coming.

  • If you have a dog, please make sure all waste is removed from the lawn.

  • Please keep any pets inside during set up.

Cancellations

  • If you cancel your order within 48 hours of scheduled delivery, you will receive a full refund or you may reschedule without penalty for a laterdate.  

  • There will be a $25 charge for orders cancelled after this time.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order due to weather conditions
    such as thunderstorms, heavy rain or snow, high winds, and freezing
    temperatures. If the weather does not permit delivery, you will be
    notified. A full refund will be issued or you can reschedule without penalty
    for another date pending availability.

Payment

  • We offer packages starting at $89.

  •  Orders must be paid in full to secure your date.

  • We accept credit cards through Square.

  • There will be a $20 rush fee for orders placed without 48 hour’s notice and a $30 rush fee for same day delivery.

  • To place an order, go to the packages page and click on “Book Now.” Then, fill in and submit the rental form and an invoice will be emailed to you within 24 hours.  

  • All requests are subject to availability.

Delivery and Setup

  • Your yard card will be delivered after sunset the night before the event or by 9 am the day of the event.

  • It will be picked up the night of event or the following morning.

  • A specific delivery and pick up time cannot be guaranteed.

  • Delivery is free for  locations within 10 miles of Denver, PA

  • If you’re located in another area, we will do our best to accommodate
    based on our inventory and your location.  

  • A delivery fee will be applied based on distance and travel time from our
    location in Denver, PA. Please keep in mind we have 2 round trips to make.

  • Delivery Fees:

    • 11-15 miles – $10

    • 16-20 miles – $20

    • 21-25 miles – $30

    • 26+ miles – Contact us
