By placing an order with us, you agree to all policies stated below :

  1. Rentals are for one day. The signs and equipment are property of Dazzle My Yard Sign Rentals.

  2. Dazzle My Yard Sign Rentals will not be held liable for any injuries or damages incurred by any person or personal property during the set up, display, or removal of a rental. 

  3. It is the responsibility of the party who ordered the rental to replace it in the event of stolen or damaged items. You will be invoiced for missing or damaged items. 

  4. Payment is required at the time of order to confirm and hold your date. After submitting the rental form, an invoice will be emailed to you within 24 hours. 

  5. The rental is for one day and there will be an extra charge for additional time. 

  6. We reserve the right to respectfully decline a rental in an area that deem unsafe for our employees and/or our equipment. 

  7. If at any time we fear for our safety, we will immediately leave the area and will not complete the setup. We will contact you to advise of the issue and return for pick up when it is safe to do so. 

  8. We reserve the right to cancel due to sever weather. A full refund will be issued or you may reschedule for a later date pending availability. 

  9. For the safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT allow any people or pets to play on or around the display. Our display items WILL NOT safely support the of a child or adult leaning, sitting, or playing on it. 

  10. Do not mow or edge the grass near or around the display. Grass clippings stain. Flying debris from lawnmowers and contact with string trimmers may cause damage. If you have a lawn crew, please arrange for them to come on a date that display is NOT on the lawn. 

  11. Please do not throw lawn display items in the garbage or vandalize our signs. 

  12. Please do not attach balloons, streamers, or anything else to any part of the display. 

  13. If the rental is a surprise for someone else, please notify someone in the family that we will be coming. 

  14. We encourage you to pose next to the display to take photographs of your celebration. However, please do not lean on the signs, move them or remove them from the ground. 

Refund Policy

  1. You must cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery in order to receive a full refund or you may leave the full amount on credit for a future booking based on our availability. 

  2. If extreme weather conditions such as freezing temperatures, thunderstorms, high winds, heavy rain, or snow prevent us from setting up your display, you will receive a full refund or you may leave the full amount on credit for a future booking based on our availability. 

 

You will NOT receive a refund if:

  • You do not cancel at least 48 prior to the scheduled delivery. 

  • The homeowner stopped us from setting up or asked us to the remove the display.

  • The wrong address was given to us and we are unable to contact the homeowner or purchaser for the correct address. 

  • The homeowner has animals that prevent the display from being set up.

  • We are denied access to a gated community.

  • Any other reason we can’t set up the display that is beyond our control.

Delivery and Pick Up Policies

We will set up either after dusk the night before the rental OR between 6:00-8:00 AM the day of the event. It will be set up by 9:00 AM at the latest. We’ll pick up around 24 hours later. A specific delivery and pick up time can’t be guaranteed. If there is a party in the evening of the day of your rental, please note that on your form and list the time you expect it to end.
